Vorsite Launches Search Integration between Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server and FileNet Content Services

The Protocol Handler works seamlessly with SharePoint Portal Server empowering portal users to directly search and retrieve business content stored in FileNet directly from the portal.

February 10, 2005 -- Commonly, large organizations have multiple locations for employees to access business content; in cases where a company uses both FileNet and SharePoint, Vorsite is able to bridge the gap between these two distinct access points into one.
