Enigma Software Group's SoftVote Polling Update - SoftVote Says Good-Bye to Ralph Nader in the Polling Results

This is a weekly update on Enigma Softwares' SoftVote application for online polling. This week features the removal of Ralph Nader from the candidate selections per the American voters.

NEW York, NY August 16, 2004 -- Enigma Software Group, Inc., a diversified technology and services company that creates and develops Internet Privacy Protection and Computer Security Software & Applications for Internet users, today announced that its SoftVote users have voiced their opinion: Ralph Nader is not the only minor candidate that will matter this year especially given the problems he is having getting his name on the ballot in all 50 States.

It is hard to argue with what the people want. Ralph Nader's poll results have been steadily been dropping off. Other candidates such as the Libertarian candidate Michael Badnarik, or Green Party candidate David Cobb are getting a lot of traction with being able to get their names on the ballot. Enigma didn't want to clutter the application with too many candidates. SoftVote has now been updated with a field for OTHER candidate that is meant to include all of the other contenders.

We are also pleased to report that over 22 thousand people have downloaded the inventive software by visiting www.softvote.com to make their candidate selections. Others have visited marked the site to view poll results, review commentary or see what is new making us one of the busy sites during this presidential election.
